In order to confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. Any bank fees are charged to the guest.
You may cancel free of charge at least 31 days before arrival, and the deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel in the last 31 days before arrival the deposit is not refundable.
In the event of an early departure or a reduction in the number of reserved nights that is made less than 31 days before the scheduled arrival, the guest is required to pay 50% of the cancelled amount.
In case of No-Show, you will be charged the full cost of the reservation.

Check-out: until 11.00
-Parking is free & exclusive to the hotel guests; during peak season it is not guaranteed that there will always be availability in parking slots.
-The use of umbrellas & sunbeds is not included as part of the room amenities.
-The hotel offers rooms on the ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor; please note that there is no elevator.
-Cooking & the use of electric plates in the room is strictly prohibited.
-Pets are welcome upon notice and as long as they are not left alone and/or unsupervised in the room.
